JCS boasts a fully automated warehouse facility with the cutting-edge automated ASRS. This highly streamlined warehouse management system enables us to locate and retrieve stock accurately and efficiently. It is also equipped for high frequency retrievals to facilitate just-in-time fulfillment of orders for smaller quantities of a larger numbers of SKUs.

ASRS’s Programmable Logic Controller ensures that stock is retrieved reliably based on either the first-in-first-out or first-expiry-first-out principle. This allows us to maximise the life of stock holdings for our customers and also allows for 100% inventory management accuracy with real-time information. Our customers also benefit by gaining better order forecasts for reduced stocks.

The JCS system can be easily integrated with our customers’ operations,enabling customers to draw stocks from the JCS facility as and when required.In doing so, our customers can save themselves considerable investment costs and manpower in their own inventory control systems.
