Temperature-Controlled Storage
The heart of JCS is the 15,000-pallet, 77,000 cubic-metre
cold store facility. Depending on the commodity, JCS maintains
storage temperatures at varying degrees including:
Freezer
At -20°C for frozen meat, seafood and dairy
Chiller
Between 0°C and 4°C for products such as dairy and chilled meat
Ambient
Between 18°C and 20°C for dry foods
